Cancellation Policy
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
  • If Guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the refund will be 50% for all nights
  • If Guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the refund will be 50% for all nights
  • If they cancel after that, the refund will be 0% for all nights
Additional rules information
1- The tenant understands that upon arrival will be asked to provide a copy of all the adults IDs and will be asked to sign a registration form. This is required by the HOA of the community. Failure to complete this will result in not being able to enter the community. 2- A/C Unit cannot be set below 72 degrees for cooling or more than 70 degrees for heating 3-Reservation dates modifications are not allowed. 4- Late checkout is not permitted unless previously coordinated with me. Please checkout on time to avoid late checkout fees of $100 per hour late. 5- I provide an initial kit of hotel sized toiletries, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, bath, hand liquid soap, a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods, and dish soap. If you need additional supplies, it is the responsibility of the guest. 6-Reservation dates modifications are not allowed. 7- Pets are NOT ALLOWED inside the house, in the event we find out that a pet is in the house the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. There will be a fee of $200 per pet. 8- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the house. If guest smokes in the house, the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. There will be a fee of $200 for extra cleaning fees. 9- Parties are NOT ALLOWED in the house. 10 - For the security of our guests and the property, we have installed the Ring door bell camera. 11- Please no food in the bedrooms. 12- We ask our guests to verify ID prior to checkin. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. 13- You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims. You understand that the usage of the terrace and the bunk bed in this apartment is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using them. You understand there are potential dangers that the terrace and the bunk bed may present to children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the terrace and the bunk bed in the house.
